Using gentle hand movements, Sue works within your energy field to remove blockages and restore balance. This technique is particularly helpful in promoting emotional well-being, as well as providing relief from chronic pain and anxiety. Because it is usually followed by a full Reiki session, this technique takes 90 minutes to complete.
